Pros
The company has unbelievably high standards and thinks far to highly of itself. Not even sure that counts as a pro. But if you somehow get hired, it means you managed to survived the absurd expectations. So I guess that says something.
Cons
- Management keeps insisting this is not a call center role, but that is completely laughable because it absolutely is! - Honestly, it is even worse than working at a call center! - The workload is far more demanding, far more exhausting, and requires much more than simply answering calls and giving responses! - Every interaction becomes another urgent problem dumped on you that needs immediate action! - You are expected to move nonstop, think nonstop, react nonstop, and survive under constant crushing pressure every second of the day! - The pace is so outrageously intense that you completely lose track of time and everything happening around you. - By the time shifts finally ends, your mind and body feel completely wiped out and you suddenly realize just how severely exhausted you actually are!!
