Pros

Engineers are trusted to take charge when it comes to features, from design through testing and rollout. You're free to try different approaches, which is always exciting. The team has strong technical skills and is open to discussing ideas or code when necessary. The setup is quite flexible, which helps you manage your day more efficiently. There's also cross-functional work with product and AI, so it's never boring.

Cons

Now and then, directions change without notice.

Pros

The workload stays manageable most days, and the team is easy to work with when things get hectic. I like that managers usually trust employees to handle resident communication without constantly checking every little thing. The training process is straightforward, especially for learning systems and lease paperwork. Coworkers are supportive and willing to help when schedules get packed. Pay and benefits are okay, and the environment stays professional.

Cons

Some weekends can get pretty busy

Pros

The company has unbelievably high standards and thinks far to highly of itself. Not even sure that counts as a pro. But if you somehow get hired, it means you managed to survived the absurd expectations. So I guess that says something.

Cons

- Management keeps insisting this is not a call center role, but that is completely laughable because it absolutely is! - Honestly, it is even worse than working at a call center! - The workload is far more demanding, far more exhausting, and requires much more than simply answering calls and giving responses! - Every interaction becomes another urgent problem dumped on you that needs immediate action! - You are expected to move nonstop, think nonstop, react nonstop, and survive under constant crushing pressure every second of the day! - The pace is so outrageously intense that you completely lose track of time and everything happening around you. - By the time shifts finally ends, your mind and body feel completely wiped out and you suddenly realize just how severely exhausted you actually are!!
