Pros

It is hard to understand where all the positive reviews about Belong are coming from, because my experience with this company has been nothing but negative.

Cons

Management shows no respect for employees at all. Boundaries are constantly ignored, making everyday work feel unnecessarily difficult and draining. Expectations are pushed to unrealistic levels without any real support, and even when those demands are met, there is no acknowledgment or reward for the effort.

Pros

The company has unbelievably high standards and thinks far to highly of itself. Not even sure that counts as a pro. But if you somehow get hired, it means you managed to survived the absurd expectations. So I guess that says something.

Cons

- Management keeps insisting this is not a call center role, but that is completely laughable because it absolutely is! - Honestly, it is even worse than working at a call center! - The workload is far more demanding, far more exhausting, and requires much more than simply answering calls and giving responses! - Every interaction becomes another urgent problem dumped on you that needs immediate action! - You are expected to move nonstop, think nonstop, react nonstop, and survive under constant crushing pressure every second of the day! - The pace is so outrageously intense that you completely lose track of time and everything happening around you. - By the time shifts finally ends, your mind and body feel completely wiped out and you suddenly realize just how severely exhausted you actually are!!
