Pros

I love working at Belong because it feels real. Real problems. Real people. Real stakes. We are not building slides or incremental features. We are building a new system for how people live in their homes and how regular people create wealth through housing. That mission is not abstract. You feel it every day when you talk to homeowners trusting us with their life savings and residents trusting us with their homes. What makes Belong special is the intensity paired with humanity. We move fast. We expect excellence. We push hard. But we do it with empathy and with a deep sense of responsibility for each other and for our members. Operational excellence is not a slogan here. It is the baseline. And caring deeply is not optional. I love that truth is valued over comfort. People are exposed to the full reality early. The bar is clear. The feedback is direct. If you are resilient and curious this is the best possible environment to grow because you are constantly learning at full speed. I love that builders thrive here. People who want to own end to end problems. People who want to create systems not just execute tasks. People who believe reality can be shaped through effort clarity and technology. I also love the team. Immigrants. First generation professionals. Operators. Engineers. People who have something to prove and something to give. There is a shared sense that we are doing something meaningful together and that creates real belonging. Belong is not easy. And that is exactly why I love it. If you want comfort there are many other places. If you want to build something that matters with people who care deeply and hold themselves to a high standard this is a very special place to be.

Cons

It's long hours and it's hard work, but rewarding.

Pros

This is a great place for those who enjoy sales and like being challenged. The company is growing quickly, which creates plenty of opportunities to take on more responsibility. I've definitely improved my consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Competent leadership. Managers don't hover over you to make sure the job’s done. Clear expectations to help me stay focused and motivated.

Cons

Ambitious targets can be stressful for those who are new to sales.

Pros

The company has unbelievably high standards and thinks far to highly of itself. Not even sure that counts as a pro. But if you somehow get hired, it means you managed to survived the absurd expectations. So I guess that says something.

Cons

- Management keeps insisting this is not a call center role, but that is completely laughable because it absolutely is! - Honestly, it is even worse than working at a call center! - The workload is far more demanding, far more exhausting, and requires much more than simply answering calls and giving responses! - Every interaction becomes another urgent problem dumped on you that needs immediate action! - You are expected to move nonstop, think nonstop, react nonstop, and survive under constant crushing pressure every second of the day! - The pace is so outrageously intense that you completely lose track of time and everything happening around you. - By the time shifts finally ends, your mind and body feel completely wiped out and you suddenly realize just how severely exhausted you actually are!!
