Pros
Strong name on the street. Good coffee at pantry- green mountain. Good location if you live in Westchester or Connecticut.
Cons
Management tries to trick you all the time. Beware of your pay structure. They can cut your salaries without saying it. READ YOUR OFFER LETTER. Whatever they did not PROMISE will not happen. Seriously. Also beware you need really long notice period before departure.... My own experience... All managers are trying to protect themselves ONLY. If you want to work at this bank, always have an offer on hand for backup.
