      Pros

      Flat Hierarchy is really preached at Barclays. You can easily reach out to people of top management and seek guidance from them.

      Cons

      A little downside (which can be ignored) is on the technical front in the first week of onboarding in online work. But it's just an hassle for first week and then things get really smooth.

      Work Life balance, 5 weeks vacation, unlimited sick days, friendly atmosphere, Great campus and facilities,

      Cons

      Pay and Bonus can be higher and on par with competitors. High loyalty tax. Low merit increases and bonus. Competitive but Loyal Long-term employees get demotivated and tend to quite quit.
