Stable income and banking benefits, alas not great benefits. 1 full salary for banker’s day and in case of marriage or birth in the family.
Cons
Old fashioned software and record keeping. Lots of paperwork. Toxic policies that don’t end up promoting healthy competition between colleagues and end up promoting enmity and distrust. One may hit targets by being unethical to customers and coworkers and that behavior is rewarded.
