Depending on your department, there are some great people within the company.
Cons
Promotions are not about performance, they follow and old school approach to get in line and wait your turn. This rewards underperforming employees and holds back top performers. Not the best approach for a consulting firm. Limit opportunity to move up in the organization. If you leave, they will disown you and shun you on the way out.
