Pros

Work from home and free lunches every Tuesday.

Cons

*Expect 45 hours a week at a minimum. * Pay is low in comparison to the effort you put in. * There is so such thing as an unlimited PTO in this firm. You have non chargeable hours which you have to meet at the end of the year which means if you take pto you will still need to work an average of 45 hours a week in order for you to meet those non chargeable hours requirement so basically you’re making up those hours and not actually having a PTO. * Managers will be sweet on your face but they couldn’t care less about you. * Your meetings such as with your people manager and buddy are not considered as chargeable hours so basically if you have an hour long meeting per week with your people manager and 30 mins long meeting with your buddy then you will not only need to attend those meetings but you will have to make up those hours which means you will be working 46.5 hours in that week.
