      flexible at most times, travel to variety of different places, decent pay

      Cons

      unrealistic deadlines/expectations, long hours even when not busy season, work/life balance slowly seems to be leaning more towards work heavy and not so much life balance.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
