Baker Tilly allows employees to try a wide variety of projects and provides to opportunity to specialize when desired. The company greatly cares about its employees career and setting them up for success in the future
Cons
Billable hours are preached year round, even in non busy seasons making the environment stressful and unfriendly at times. Some of the management and partners micro manage schedules are very difficult to communicate and work with.
