      The partners are very involved and hands on. Great atmosphere at a high level.

      Cons

      Administration team is terrible-HR especially. The knows how to break their own rules and are very two face.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
