      Great teams, any resource you can think of is available to you.

      Cons

      Unlimited PTO and Summer Fridays are a myth. Micro manage schedules so it's next to impossible to take last minute time off and you are so slammed with work in general that it's hard to take any time off in the summer.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
