Pros
The tone at the top of this firm is very good. The firm's top leadership has created a culture of trust and teamwork where partners and employees feel both respected and appreciated and thus strive to reach their full potential. We are pleased that our office is now part of this firm.
Cons
We are still working through the necessary merger integration issues. Some staff are sad that we couldn't just adopt all of the new policies and procedures on the first day of the merger. Everyone is looking forward to the future.
