Pros
Great work environment & culture Great opportunities to learn and develop/ Good work life balance for public accounting. Busy season will always be busy season, but is great about giving to time to use your allocated PTO and summer hours are very relaxed.
Cons
Can get lost in the mix. Sometimes management can lose track of what experience a staff as received, and will be surprised when a person is not more developed (as expected) in different areas.
