Pros
I am a heritage Moss Adams employee who is merging into Baker Tilly. So far there have be no significant changes. We do expect to begin seeing changes in the upcoming year. Overall, still a good place to work. There are solid benefits and really good flexibility in terms of work life balance.
Cons
There is some uncertainty as to what the future will look like for employees who may become redundant as part of the merger. I wish there was more clarity in that regard.
