You are overworked and underpaid. High employee turnover and micromanagement by leadership. Most of the leadership team for NBI is not in Tampa which makes promotional opportunities scarce. They promote diversity and inclusion and pride themselves on "growth" and "progression" but diminish roles and expect the same amount of work. Was told by leadership that this company is more of a call center than a place to make a career. There is no upward mobility and constant favoritism, nepotism, and favoritism. There is no equal opportunity.
