- unprepared for covid: no remote screens for home, they have only decided to address this almost 1 year after being in pandemic which is a joke. So many other firms that are so much smaller went above and beyond for their staff. - pay freeze and blaming everything on covid yet company financials are healthy. Pre-covid they were still slow to increase pay or reward in any way. - seniors management have no real direction and flip flop all the time. Most meetings with staff are just talk shops and achieve nothing. - inconsistent approach across teams - no transparency around bonus or salary. It is a fact that salary’s range massively for same work. We are told to never speak about salary or bonus which tells you everything. - so much gossip among people and poor behaviour
