Pros

Top multinational clients, big deals and colleagues (associate level only).

Cons

Very poor management. Old fashioned partners with lack of management skills and care for their associates. No career plan and no HR department and policies in place. Unbelievably low salaries (a Mid Level Associate with more than 4 years of experience makes less than 1,300 USD a month neutro). High rotation and layoffs ratio. Partners do do not foster autonomy associate nor presence at industry/areas of practice events. No promotion for the associates. And last, but not least, most partners do practice mistreatment to associates (including violent and labor harassment conducts).
