Junior lawyers with are often tasked with lenghty translations and other non-legal work. Hours can be unpredictable and the work is not distributed equally due to partners' preference for certain associates and inability to take "I don't have time" as what it is. Not enough feedback. Management takes strange decisions with hypocritical reasoning (e.g. decision to no longer buy tropical fruit and coca cola because it is 'not ecological' / 'unhealthy' when the whole fuss is really about the money being spent).
