I was realocated to Pinterest to a project of migration ObjC code to Swift with an internal architetcture. Improve my english a lot. Improve my Swift capabilities. Work with people with another time zones.
Cons
My team was leaded by an bad team leader. He's was trying to show service putting another developers below him, with some incovenients comments in our pr's. There was a lot of friction between him commenting useless things and delaying our tasks.
