Performance review came one week before they fired me, and it wasn't anything actionable, just things they "didn't like" but they never addressed how to improve. When I asked my manager if I was going to get fired they told me no and not to worry, and seven days later I was fired. Not only that, instead of arranging equipment pickup I had to send it and pay for it myself or my last payment would be withheld. Everything in this closing process was terrible.

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.

Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
