Pros

I've been with BairesDev for 5 years and one of the main reasons for that is the great respect they have for their employees. I always had a voice and people actually listened. All the needs I had (salary raise, time off, sick days, new equipments, etc...) were taken care in a timely manner.

Cons

As an outsourcing company, your work depends a lot on the client/project you are allocated. Also it's hard to professionally ascend (for example from a developer to a tech lead) since the clients normally don't contract outsourcing for higher positions. The salary is good and keeps up with the market, but it lacks benefits like healthcare.

Pros

Teammates were incredibly welcoming and supportive during onboarding, always open and available to answer any questions. The company provides all necessary equipment for the role, and the overall training program for the position is well-structured and thorough.

Cons

Internal processes were extremely inefficient. The platform used for managing global and internal procedures was consistently slow and buggy, resulting in significant lost time throughout the workday. Interview scheduling was also overly hectic — days were packed back-to-back with interviews from start to finish, leaving no time to submit candidate feedback during regular working hours. Completing this essential part of the role effectively required putting in additional unpaid time, which was not sustainable.
