Pros

Remote, Remote, Remote, Remote, Remote

Cons

The job title does not match the reality of the role at all. It is presented as a Talent Acquisition Specialist position, but once you understand the responsibilities and required skills, it becomes clear that it is essentially a call center job. The hiring process is unnecessarily long, with multiple interview stages that feel more like a way to wear candidates down rather than properly evaluate them—likely to later negotiate a lower salary, which is already below the global market standards. In practice, the role within HR is entirely operational and repetitive, with no real strategic involvement. During the interview, they even mention that around 90% of the job consists of making constant calls. They also promise flexibility, but this is misleading. The volume of calls, combined with additional tasks, makes it very difficult to experience any real flexibility in your schedule. If you are looking to grow in Talent Acquisition, this is not the right place. Consider other options before accepting.

Pros

Teammates were incredibly welcoming and supportive during onboarding, always open and available to answer any questions. The company provides all necessary equipment for the role, and the overall training program for the position is well-structured and thorough.

Cons

Internal processes were extremely inefficient. The platform used for managing global and internal procedures was consistently slow and buggy, resulting in significant lost time throughout the workday. Interview scheduling was also overly hectic — days were packed back-to-back with interviews from start to finish, leaving no time to submit candidate feedback during regular working hours. Completing this essential part of the role effectively required putting in additional unpaid time, which was not sustainable.
