I just came to BSN through an acquisition and they had all the sales reps out to a conference in Dallas to welcome us. But their racist/sexist culture quickly became apparent and a complete turn off.
They played a video that was "a day in the life of a sales rep" and the female secretary was portrayed as a baby factory, the maintenance workers were lazy Mexicans, and they literally showed the CEO sitting on a toilet, pants down, legs wide open, and his privates blurred out. No one could believe the unprofessionalism and inappropriateness. Just put up a sign that says "BOYS Club, no women allowed."
They didn't let one woman or non-white person on the stage the entire conference. Their executive leadership is 100% white men. Even the President told some an incredibly inappropriate story about tampons and another painfully long story about Playboy.
Not to mention their insurance is robbery! My cost of insurance is doubling (from $400 to $800!) and they don't even pay sales reps T&E.
This place is straight out of the South in the 1950's. AVOID.
