Feel like there is no possibility for advancement, you'll have 3-6 managers all coming by to tell you to do things differently from the other ones, nothing matters but numbers and making a certain number of calls per day. I was hitting my sales goals with the highest profit margin in the whole department, but it didn't matter to them at all if I didn't make all 60 phone calls per day, it's mind-numbing. People there had been working for 15-20 years, still making the same base-salary that I started at (35,000 annually), that's terrible. They wanted me to get to work early and leave late for only 35K a year, not going to happen.
