Terrible management, no opportunity - Anonymous employee BSN Sports Employee Review

Middle-Management is inexperienced and have no idea how to lead. Constant belittling if you ask for help. Rules only apply to certain people. Executive leadership team looks down on employees like they are just files in a drawer, while claiming a “family” atmosphere. This is a job that is made for right out of college kids that are just happy to be in the workforce. No opportunities for advancement unless you’re related to someone or willing to relocate (which they do not financially support).
