Pros

Very relaxed warehouse compared to a place like Amazon. Most people were happy to help each other out if needed. Gave me good experience as a manual screen printer and I have been able to apply that knowledge elsewhere. My manager supported me quite a bit, and we got along well and that motivated me to be more productive. Has pretty much every field from embroidery to screen printing to heat pressing.

Cons

Company just really does not like to keep its promises. All of my coworkers who were promised sign on bonuses for getting new hires into the company were never given said bonuses. When our schedule moved from 4 days a week to 5 days a week we were promised Saturdays would never be worked, however now every floor worker I know that still works there is now working 6 day 60 hour weeks, Saturdays included. After a promotional day awards (some shirts, therma-cups, etc.) were supposed to be given to participating employees however it has now been disclosed that said awards will not actually be given until possibly well into 2019. This was nothing life or death but it shows the integrity of management. Many lower level managers felt they had something to prove and went out of their way to make the floor printers' lives hell by tinkering with their equipment, falsifying write ups, and changing their reported hours. Changes in investors would randomly change the rules and hours of the warehouse which became very problematic.
