Pros
Work in the sporting goods industry and are around athletics most of the time. Great people once you get past the Leadership and Management team.
Cons
Company doesn't care about its people unless you are at the top, every issue, mistake, etc.. goes against the sales pro and hits their commissions which are only paid 2 teams a year (who does that in today's business world) and thats if they don't double penalize you for AR>60 twice or hit you with customer incentives that company should cover. Lack of good management who understands how people should be treated and doing whats right not what is in the best interest of the company. They don't treat people with respect and have a very arrogant approach to everything they do because they think people don't have a choice since they are buying all the small guys up. They expect sales pro's to work 12-14 hour days to get the job done because they are too cheap to provide the resources to help them or care they don't get a family/personal life.
