      Pros

      It was impossible for me to even think of any highlights about this job when I had such a terrible experience.

      Cons

      Management does not care about employees. They ignore your work-life balance and just give you absurd amounts of work without a salary to match it. They demand you at your best but fail to provide the tools and guidance for it to be at your best. Me and my coworkers often felt demoralized and stressed because of the management's treatment of us.

      Pros

      Every day looks different and is never boring. Lots a support to get certifications

      Cons

      Schedule is unknown until night before. On call once a month, but still not bad compared to other companies (can be done remote typically).

      Pros

      A good way to get in the industry. You can climb the ranks relatively quickly compared to other companies. Good products.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t seem to care enough to actually solve problems, a lot of tension between the local team. Lack of resources, you get locked in a contract and it’s hard to get out. This company is a revolving door.
