Pros
Small working teams are collegiate and employment is secure. Work-life balance is great - overall culture is that people don't ever contact you outside of business hours and there's a level of flexibility if you need.
Cons
The corporate culture is absolutely toxic, the company has no leadership or strategy, and people are completely averse to making decisions. This is probably because leadership is not rewarded - people cruise forever, doing the bare minimum, wasting resouces... I'd be surprised if the company would be around for another decade. There is little diversity, and change is not welcome. Turnover is a consistent problem as new staff they attract don't stick around because the place is so dysfunctional. It's a shame, because the ethos has a lot of potential and the company does good work...
