      Pros

      Very flexible work and they try to make work-home life easy. As long as there is not problems you are a good employee.

      Cons

      No matter how much you work, there is no compensation difference for good work and bad work. No where to go, once you have a position and you want to move to another department even if you are qualified they look down at you.

      Every day looks different and is never boring. Lots a support to get certifications

      Cons

      Schedule is unknown until night before. On call once a month, but still not bad compared to other companies (can be done remote typically).

      Pros

      A good way to get in the industry. You can climb the ranks relatively quickly compared to other companies. Good products.

      Cons

      Leadership doesn’t seem to care enough to actually solve problems, a lot of tension between the local team. Lack of resources, you get locked in a contract and it’s hard to get out. This company is a revolving door.
