Pros
There are many smart, well-intentioned people that work at Biotronik / MSEI. Advancement is possible but very limited.
Cons
There is NO expectation of work / life balance at Biotronik / MSEI, it simply doesn't exist. Because this location is a manufacturing facility, staff are expected to be available at all-times when the factory is in production which is typically 16x6. In addition to the job demands, the culture is terrible. The company culture is one of finger pointing and senior management throwing lower-level staff under the bus. Arguments between co-workers become somewhat hostile and personal ...often mob mentality takes over. The idea of collaboration exists however cooperation is quickly overshadowed by the feeling that if you make a mistake you will be heavily vilified for your oversight. Biotronik is broken up into smaller, sub-companies. These sub-companies are legally separate entities which operate to segregate the different business processes of Biotronik. This separation often breeds more friction and conflict between the sub-companies. For what it's worth, this type of company structure is not uncommon however where there is already a toxic culture this structure exacerbates this toxicity. Look at reviews for MSEI and MST as these are 2 of the sub-companies.
