I felt good about my time at the company overall, but found that working with doctors and in the world of healthcare sales was not particularly enjoyable: -On call schedule and round-the-clock availability can be tough to get used to if you have not had a similar experience. -In the region I worked, I saw a great deal of drama between sales reps. If you're looking into a field role, definitely try to get some time in-person with everyone and see how the relationships are within the team. -Your experience will highly depend on the your team and the staffs (surgeons, clinics, patients) you get to work with. Hopefully you get to work with good folks, but generally, this is a challenging group.
