Well should I start....There is so much nonsense going on in this so called "company" that it's just ridiculous. This place is messy, chaotic, dirty, toxic, dysfunctional and completely mismanaged. The first day you join a dirty desk full of trash from your previous colleague will be waiting you as your new work place. No work plan, no goals setting regarding your duties will be set. Therefore, you'll be expected to define your own tasks and create your own work tasks/job description. Otherwise you'll be insulted for not knowing how to do your job. As an employee I've never had the bad bosses I had in here. They are the personification of what bad management is. If you don't want to be insulted, degraded as a human being. Don't join this company. Not only were my bosses intellectually incapable but also socially inept. To call them human beings would be an insulting statement to Humanity. The chaos and unstructured way of working is the way of functioning here. That's the company's definition of "professionalism". It's the most absurd environment in which I've been. It seemed as if I were in a retarded comedy. Toxic and dysfunctional beyond any limits. The turn over is extremely high. But it seems like the company doesn't have any interest in improving things. Because whatever it happens is always the employee's fault. The company likes to use the growth the company has been experiencing in the last few years, to explain the high turn over. But the truth is the lack of ethics, management and leadership skills in which the company is conducted. Being disrespectful, bullying employees, not communicating directly and clearly with the subordinates is the meaning of emotional intelligence being displayed at BIOTRONIK. Making ironical, insulting, condescending remarks to employees especially those coming from HR is the norm here. There are very good competent and intelligent people. Which make all the difference in your daily work. But unfortunately they're not the ones making the decisions for the most part. There are departments were people are content, but for the majority...Biotronik Bülach as a company is a fraud.
