Pros
Some very smart, talented people who are open, communicative and then leave
Cons
Senior management is in some departments (not in all) sub-standard, poor communication skills and poor knowledge of people who work for them. Instead of relying on the skilled people in the department, there is a tendency to promote the "yes sayers" and to leave those who know what they're doing at the job where they started (best case scenario). Enormous lack of people skills in Senior Management, and the worst HR department I've ever experienced.
