Pros
Luck really does play a huge role, as it's been over a year I'm working at BDO, and though at times I do have my peak period, but personally nothing too stressful. The seniors I've met were very accommodating, the jobs were okay, and colleagues were mostly nice.
Cons
The latest that I have to stay at the office is up until 11pm, but ofc there were times that I had to stay later than that to get some works done, but it was to my own accord, no one pushed me to it. But do note, this is based on my OWN experience, others might differ so really, your luck plays a huge role in determining whether you're able to stay for long or not.
