Pros
Pays well, and the people on my team were very friendly. The incentives and perks are excellent as well.
Cons
The company hires people with phds to manage, which does not automatically make you qualified to manage people. Therefore, people who had no experience managing others were placed in charge of large teams. Meeting your goals is very important, even if you have no control over upstream problems.
