      Great Health insurance Easy work schedule (flexible) not hard work

      Cons

      you will never be promoted. Work hard? still not promoted. Work harder? they will hire outside and you will have to train that person. Dont fear, you will get your .50 cent raise. Use this job for a resume builder. Many doors will open. The job is easy, but yet, most cant do it.

      Great work environment, great pay, inclusive culture, lots of growth opportunities and mentorship, and the University Recruitment Team was incredible

      Onboarding was difficult in some cases as communications between various departments wasn't always streamlined, but overall, not bad
