      it's always good to start your career in a big and famous company, you can get formally training in many skills and get familiar with how this big company run.

      Cons

      It's a german company, so it takes the degree very serious. For example, if you want to have a promotion in technical related field or R&D, you'd better have a Ph.D degree.
