      Being such a large and diverse company, there are many opportunities and encouragement from management to advance. Good salary and very good benefits.

      Cons

      Can be very political, especially the higher up you go in the company. Good and bad managers just like every other company. Suggest do your homework and network to get a broad perspective for any particular job.
