Pros
Some kind and helpful people looking out for each other, mostly to protect from shady managers.
Cons
There are just so many. In my year and a half at the company I had three different managers. The first was truly the most incompetent nepo hire I have ever seen in my life. He would sit at his desk watching tv shows and sucking on his vape pen. Truly useless. The second was a great guy but got involved with other immature shady managers that led to his downfall. The three, a self-described "Homer Simpson brain" was completely out of touch with the department and talked out the side of his mouth at any chance he got. All this to say, the creative content department is a joke. The "coordinators", or whatever arbitrary title they give you, will most likely be forced to run the entire department in the background while managers take credit. You'll be wildly under paid for the work that you do to keep the department afloat. If you are desperate enough to take a job here, at least know that expectations are very low. I have a whole photo album on my phone of employees watching random youtube videos. Just work somewhere else. I promise you it's not worth it.
