-birthday leave -2-5% increment yearly -medical

Cons

- everyone is very supportive that lead to abusing worker right, where you need to work even you on sick leave, holiday or condolence leave - Manager is not cooperate enough to make easier knowledge transfer, all knowledge transfer only by online. it takes more time and hardly to understand by the trainee when to past the task. - no phone allowance even in your phone will full with all the bank apps only for the job related. - workload is real, the segregation of task in not balance between employee. there's only worker with 0.5 capacity but no action taken, while others with extra capacity, which apply leave just to clear annual leave but still working.

Pros

Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

Cons

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
