Hourly billing system. One needs to complete the billable 8 hours per day. If you don't get any work, you need to ask for work to everyone. So no consistency in the work. Lack of stability. While joining they tell you that it's a hybrid work but once you join it isn't there.

Managers are too āwiseā
You canāt change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (itās bad you will get frustrated)
Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but itās literally their biggest weakness.
Managers do not understand processes
USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers.
Discrimination
They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
