Pros
Decent salary - nothing extraordinary but I was happy with the offer, u can earn more somewhere else tho Amazing people to work with - most people I met were super helpful and cheerful
Cons
Workload varies - one days im super busy and I don’t have time to go toilet even and some days I’m quite bored not really many career opportunities- if u want to work in sales and be a sales engineer sure, but besides that u should look for another job some people are quite aggressive - I was threatened with being fired many times already, more than 4 people a year resigned in my department due to bad relation with supervisor. I have learned almost nothing during my stay here - all the things I know I had to figure out myself or I knew before. I was promised many courses and options to develop myself - the reality is English course (that is paid by workers!! Only some part of it is financed by atlas copco) and some LinkedIn elearning. location is really far away from the city and atlas copco parking for workers (because managers can park in front of atlas copco so they don’t care about it) is 600 m away from the building I’ve encountered casual sexism and racism - even coming from my supervisor mouth
