      Pros

      Free coffee, and dirty looks.

      Cons

      Management is clueless. None of them understand professionalism. They pretend to know how to run a business in a "professional manner." How is success possible without product knowledge? Lack of communication is an understatement. How many human resource employees does it take to hire garbage employees anyway? Not to mention horrible raises that are absolutely NOT based on job performance, attendance, or being punctual. This is not a place that makes you proud of the work you're doing. Apply your knowledge elsewhere, I know most others are looking.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

      Cons

      Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
