Pros

While many organisations now undestands the benefits of "the human touch", Atlas Copco Malaysia like its counterparts are one of the few that has taken steps to make sure that its people are up to date and current. Carefully thought of trainings are provided frequently. That being said, it is also an option for the employee and not a prerequisite or compulsary exercise.

Cons

One has got to know how to navigate the organisation's internal training system to know what is available.

Pros

Good company, good culture overall

Cons

Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

Pros

Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

Cons

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
