Pros
Atlas Copco are a world recognized corporate business that takes care and looks after all members in its group whether you work on a production line all the way up to senior management. They have very strong visions and implement procedures and targets to develop each phase to reach their required visions. They highly appreciate and greatly invest in R&D so there's always something new developing in the pipelines.
Cons
Some individuals lack vision yet it its potentially down to moral that needs boosting in various individuals. Some senior management lack drive and feel that old practices always work compared to new methods. This is only down to one small business sector i work in and cannot be viewed across the company as a whole. But i believe this is somewhere you see in all work places.
