Pros

The mid level management isn't bad, the floor staff is easy to work with. It's right off the highway and the parking lot is well paved.

Cons

Cons... where do I start? I guess with how dysfunctional the place is, if you're ok with mediocrity of pay and apathy about your job then Henrob is your place. It seems like the upper level management team is just plain asleep at the wheel, micromanagement and indecision absolutely runs the show. Human resources is completely incapable and inept, it routinely takes 1 to 5 months to bring in new hires. I've never seen a company run by the HR department, which wouldn't be bad if they knew what they were doing or had a single clue how to do it. The purchasing department is also a running joke as well, they don't buy what's needed or pay their bills. As I'm writing this the grass is over 2 feet tall and there is an absurdly huge pile of pallets behind the building. This is indicative of how the place runs, NOTHING is taken care of until there is smoke and flames coming from it. They have meetings daily and still have nothing to show for their time, they are better at having meetings than making rivets. I wouldn't wish Henrob on a snake, keep away from that place if you want any sort of job satisfaction. It's a employee killer, you'll want to kick the dog and slam beers every day when you get home just to forget how miserable you are.

Pros

Good company, good culture overall

Cons

Pay could be less than the market, though not too low. Work life balance does cover some of that gap

Pros

Coworkers are great Many problems so you stay busy as a CI person The people at the worker bee level are the only real pro

Cons

Managers are too “wise” You can’t change anything inside the ERP but they all want ERP changes (it’s bad you will get frustrated) Super decentralized meaning all building operate how they want to. They make it sound like a strength but it’s literally their biggest weakness. Managers do not understand processes USZ or the NSC in Charlotte has a serious issue of hiring people who are not qualified for manager roles as managers. Discrimination They care more about how you look and not so much about the work you produce
