Pros
Very good package and salaries , nice offices. Great mission and patient centric . Good environmental policies with a push to be Carbon neutral
Cons
Complicated , difficult to react at pace . Siloed working with Finance operating models which drive wrong behaviours. Confused location strategy , pressure to be in the office (office attendance monitored) just to sit in teams calls as teams are not well co-located . Furthermore it is difficult to develop and move to new roles unless they appear in an office near you (due to the strict 3 day a week in the office) or you are able to move . Limited focus on work/life balance so hours can be long depending on team .
